Super thick mattress, labeled plush and it is but the coils support you and give you a hug type feel. I get such a deep sleep that im fully recharged in 6 hours. I immediately have to get up because i dont need anymore rest. I am buying another one!!!

We bought this at the end of Last January, Mattress was fine until 5 after, both of our sides are sinking. When I even sit on the bed, I sink, I can't really get up. Together we don't weight more than 320. This is absolutely ridiculous & Ludacris. We are so upset. It took us a few Mattress stores and time to pick this mattress that we thought we loved.

I bought my Serta Perfect Sleeper exactly 1 year ago from Big Lots. The side I sleep on has an indentation of my body. Someone else on a review described this issue as a sinking hole on my side of the mattress. I was so excited to get my new mattress but now after 1 year I have this problem that I shouldn't. I assume I need a new mattress at this point.

I've had 3 Serta Perfect Sleeper pillowtop mattresses. They all lasted around 15 years and were comfortable, quality beds. This Perfect Sleeper Luminous Sleep 17.5-inch Plush Mattress is by far the most deeply relaxing bed I've ever experienced. Even in a Hotel! It is not for everyone as you do sink into the top layers a bit, but those pillowtop layers are so advanced in their design that it feels like they're massaging me from below. NOTE: This also comes in a Medium firm, rather than Plush. I do wish I had gotten the Medium for a tad more support, however, but I am a very satisfied customer of this Mattress!

Purchased a king in late November. By December, we had both noticed that there is an indention on each side of the mattress where we sleep. Other reviewers mentioned sinking into a hole. That is exactly what it feels like. I dislike this mattress very much. One positive thing - I love the height.
