I bought my Serta Perfect Sleeper exactly 1 year ago from Big Lots. The side I sleep on has an indentation of my body. Someone else on a review described this issue as a sinking hole on my side of the mattress. I was so excited to get my new mattress but now after 1 year I have this problem that I shouldn't. I assume I need a new mattress at this point.

After about year of use, I noticed that the top cover of the mattress, mostly in the middle was coming loose from the material below it. This wasn't that big of a deal, it would just kind of bunch up a bit. However, after 1.5 years, I've discovered what seems to be a gap or tear in the pad just below the cover. It's about 2 feet long, and maybe a few inches wide, just about centered in the mattress running length-wise. It's very uncomfortable as it's right where I sleep. Unfortunately for me, I can't find my receipt so I'm not sure if it is covered under the warranty.

I can't tell you how many mattresses I have had over the years. This is the best mattress I've have found for my bad back and the first one I can sleep on for more than 3 or 4 hours. And the best part is it did 'not' come rolled up in a box with the life sucked out of it. I just wish I could buy another one. I am unable to find this anymore. Very sad about that.

My fiance and I were sleeping on a 10 year old mattress that started giving us back and neck pain around year 8. Finally we decided to get a new one. We found this Serta Perfect Sleeper to be the best mattress of the ones we tried that we both agreed on. We both slept great for the first 3 months! Going on month 4 and my side has a sink hole in it. The back and neck pains have returned. I also wake up feeling like I was kicked in the ribs, as taking a deep breath in the morning hurts. I'm not a huge guy. I'm 180lbs and this thing has a sink hole already. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

I've had a Serta before which was great so I knew the quality. So I'm happy with this one, too.

I was sleeping on an 8-year-old mattress and decided to upgrade to this. I've had it for a year and a half, and I've had the worst sleep of my life during this time. I've suffered from insomnia and night sweats. No matter what I do, it's way too hot, and I toss and turn all night. I wish I never would have bought it.

I bought a serta perfect sleeper pillow top queen in September 2021,it was not delivered until the middle of October. IT IS THE WORST MATTRESS I HAVE EVER OWNED. THE EDGES HAVE COLLAPSED, THERE IS A RIDGE IN THE MIDDLE AND THE LEFT SIDE IS PITCHED SO THE PILLOW AND I SLIDE OFF THE BED. I AM WONDERING IF THERE IS A WARRANTY ON THIS MATTRESS? I wish I had my old one back. I am 81 and my back kills me in the morning. I EXPECTED BETTER FROM A QUALITY NAME BRAND

My prior Serta Perfect Sleeper lasted more than 20 years, and was only replaced because it was too big. I shopped mattresses online for weeks before deciding on the Serta Perfect Sleeper Kleinmon II Firm. First of all, if it has a layer of "cooling gel," as advertised, it doesn't work. This is the hottest mattress I've ever slept on. Second, it's lumpy, even through 2 mattress covers. Third, and most important, this mattress developed a deep sag in the middle before it was even 6 months old. I sleep in this bed by myself and tend to sleep on one side of it - not even in the middle! I'm very disappointed in this Serta, but can't afford to replace it.
