I love Shark but this vacuum has underperformed. Pet hair from my lab gets caught, have to constantly remove roller to clean out hair. The deodorizer is undetectable… very disappointed considering the price I paid.

I received my new Shark Pet Rotator last week. It works far better than expected. Works great on carpeting, furniture and hardwood floors. It even leaves a fresh scent behind. The hose and wand can reach anywhere I need it too. It’s my second Shark vacuum and am pleased with both. Great job on this one Shark 👍

This vacuum is exactly what the rug doctor ordered. I struggled with two other vacuums by another brand, both of which failed on me after just a few uses because of the amount of cat hair on my carpet and rug (#CatLady). This Shark vacuum blew my mind away by how quick and efficient it was to use, smooth handling, excellent pickup, large dust cup, and more. I'm so glad I bought this. It's well worth every penny.

I have only used a few times but I wish it had led lights on the front so you can see the dirt better. Not every area of my house is well lit because it’s an older home. Having lights on the vacuum helps me see dirt, fur, dust bunnies, etc. Other than that disappointment, the vacuum was easy to put together and easy to use. Suction power is great. Have to make sure you turn it to minimum when vacuuming rugs. Overall, not bad. I used to have a bagged vacuum and miss it. It was nice not having the dirt you just cleaned up escape when you empty the canister and seeing all the dirt. It’s too hard to find a good bagged vacuum so this starts my journey into the bagless vacuum era. This vacuum does seem well built and hopefully will last a long time.

I'm quite satisfied with it's performance. It's quite heavy compared to the last Shark cordless stick vacuum that I had, so not as easy to maneuver. Love that I don't have to clean a brush and picks up dog fur nicely. I do not like the odor neutralizer and had to remove it right away. The scent gave me a headache. That's the main reason for 4 stars instead of five. It really stinks!

This is way to hard to push and navigate. Very disappointed.

I bought it a mounth ago, I couldn't wait to check on my hard floor and carpets. During a hard floor vacuuming I noticed that the vacuum didn't pick up small particles like crumbs, but it picked up from carpet. I was really disappointed. The other features in the vacuum are great, easy to use attachments, The odor eliminating scent is very refreshing and pleasure.

I bought it a month ago and I love it!! It swivels left and right when you move it, I especially like the scent packet it came with. The container is easy to empty also.
