After the sheepskin furr smashes down the shoes do fit big and with the platform it is easy to roll your ankle so I would size down other than that I absolutely love them!

discomfort

The boot is ok. I just didn’t like how the heel of my foot kept slipping and rubbing I ordered a size up and it still felt weird. I will be returning.

Furniq UK or UGG Australia

I purchased the boots because I liked the tri-colors and heels. I thought the boots were from Furniq UK until I noticed the labels. The labels read UGG. I also thought the boots were a size 37 UK (6.5 US), as posted on the site and box, but the boots are a size 6B. This is very deceptive. I rated the boots one star because I liked them. Please see the photos below.

disappointing shipping customer support

I ordered size 7.5M and received size 7. You would think that as expensive and top quality these shoes are that the customer service (including thoroughly checking shipping orders) would match.. but nope.. Sad Furniq dropped the ball here. I did send a email and the answer I received was for me to send them back and hope that the requested size would still be available. Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience.
