Very nice product!

Ultimune eye serum is lightweight and easy to apply, it has a nice texture and beautiful smell. I’ve used ultimune face serum over a year and am happy to pair the eye serum with it. These are good base to put under my Shiseido face creams.

Received an Empty Product

I was super excited about the product. I placed an order on September 18, 2025 and received the product on September 26, 2025. Upon opening the product it was empty. The pump was working fine I tried to pump out the product for 15 mins nothing came out. I wish Macy’s did a better job at delivering the right product. Very disappointed…

I would buy this product again and again.

I use this serum under my eyes and onto my cheek where small wrinkles have begun to appear. It helps to smooth them enough to hide them under a bit of makeup. It feel luxurious on my skin. I even ordered on for my adult daughter and she loves hers, too. I don't see any negatives about this serum. I love almost all of the Shiseido skincare products and have used them for at least 35 years now.
