"WOW!" was what I said when I opened the Skagen box today and first looked at my new watch. It is BEAUTIFUL. Much more so than even the best photos I could find online. I bought this watch to replace my beloved Kenneth Cole stainless watch from 20 years ago (it finally stopped keeping proper time). I looked around in the Macy's store at MANY other brands, but it's hard to find stainless steel that isn't thick and clunky, or with a face that's gaudy. This Classic Links steel watch from Skagen more than fits my needs, and it's very thin and delicate at only 6mm thick and 26mm in diameter (the face-case). It's light-weight yet feels like quality. Unlike my old watch, this one has a great safety bracelet feature so if it comes undone, you will not lose it. The face is reflective, but brushed (not "mirrored") so as not to blind anyone. The Swarovski crystals that adorn each number are VERY subtle, and add just the right touch of subtle feminine sparkle. I will say that a nice surprise not shown in the photos is that the middle section of the band is brushed (to match the face), and adds interest in contrast to the shiny steel on either side of the band. All in all, this is a great purchase and my first Skagen...but not my last! Also, my order was delivered a week before it was due, so yay Macy's!
Perfect watch
This is a beautiful watch: simple and classic, yet elegant. It is thin and lightweight and the crystal accents are not at all gaudy. You will not be disappointed.

This watch is beautiful and simple but still eye catching. I love the crystal details and I also like the size. I didn't want anything too small and understated, nor did I want something too big because I have smaller wrists. This brand uses nickel safe stainless steel which is great for those of us with sensitivities to nickel. I'm very happy with this purchase!
Finally Found My Fave!
It took a few exchanges, but I finally found my favorite watch! It's clean and simple design is elegant and practical for me. It doesn't scream loudly but softly insists on being noticed. The lifetime warranty also lets me know the quality behind it is good. I have the watch that is timeless :-)
Simple Elegant Watch
This is exactly the watch I wanted. I didn't want something bulky and flashy, but also wanted it to have some charm. This watch is simple, clean, thin, great for daily wear, and the "diamonds" in place of the numbers give it some twinkle. Really happy with the purchase so far.

This is a wonderful watch. Classic with a modern feel. I have a Skagen watch in rose gold as well. Get many compliments on both. Can wear this watch with anything.

I love this watch so much it has become my favorite. It's elegant, understated, and it's so light and thin you don't even feel you have a watch on! The crystal details are very pretty as well. I love this watch because it's also very practical for every day. I will be buying more watches from this brand! I love it!!!
Classic and Beautiful!!
This is by far the best watch I've ever owned. I received it as a gift and I love it! It's simple, classic and sophisticated. I can wear it every day. The watch head is very thin and the band is very simple. It was the best gift. I especially love the swarovski crystals. They just make it so beautiful!
