[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a 26cm Staub cocotte with steamer few years ago, I love it so much, you can fried, stew, sauté, steam, especially for cooking meat, so delicious!! This year I bought a 24cm smaller cocotte and a 28cm braise as gift from my husband, best gift ever, but the price got higher and higher every year, I have to say, except the price, everything is perfect
