Lost Package No Accountability

Very disappointed with Macy's customer service. My package was marked as delivered by UPS, but it was never delivered to a secure location. I reported it immediately, yet my claim was closed almost instantly without a meaningful investigation or explanation. I paid for merchandise that I never received, and Macy's refused to make it right. For expensive skincare, cosmetics, or other high-value items, I recommend buying from Sephora instead. Based on this experience, I would not trust Macy's with expensive purchases.

NO MORE LANCOME SKINCARE

I traded my LANCOME products back to Sunday Riley after purchasing all Lancomr products. I actually had to throw them away because they are filled with fragrance and ingredients that not only did nothing for my skin but developing skin problems after using the Lancome products. The ingredients in Lancome products are very messy. There is really no science behind it. It’s all a bunch of HYPE.
