    awful

We bought this rug for our bedroom a little over 2 years ago. Does not last and looks dirty. We never wear shoes on it and it looks terrible. We bought a rake for shag carpets and tried shampooing it but still looks disgusting. Need a new rug already. Extremely disappointed.

    Horrible in White

We've had this rug for awhile. It's in our bedroom so there is very minimal traffic. I've had it professionally cleaned and it still looks horribly dirty. It's really nice and feels great on bare feet, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend this rug. I've never had an experience with a rug like this. Would actually remove it from Macy's inventory.

    Softest Rug! Great for kids

We loooove this rug. It’s so nice to play with baby on the floor. I did get the extra thick pad which helps, but the soft yarn seriously feels great. We are super happy with it. The “sky” color is definitely more green in tone. Not really any blue hue to it.

GREY COLOR IS NOT GREY IN REAL LIFE>

I have this rug in white and I absolutely love it, although it was in a high traffic area and did get dirty :( So I thought, why not buy it in grey !?!?! I had it delivered, and this "silver" color appears to be a mix of tan/brown/black, not matching anything in my house :(.... this rug is super soft and I get so many compliments on it, but unfortunately i have to return the "silver" one and look for one that is more grey.

Does not hold up at all

I own the white rug in 8x10, and I knew what I was getting myself into buying a white rug. I figured it would last at least a year, but it is already destroyed and needs to be replaced. We never wear shoes and were careful not to walk the same path each time we cross the room, but it didn't matter. I am so depressed every time I walk into our baby's nursery because it looks horrible after just 3 months. Vacuuming actually made the matter worse because it wrecks the shag, which I believe would happen in any color. Although I absolutely loved how the rug looked in the room (and still do), I regret buying it because it just wasn't practical at all.

    Horrible

It came to me dirty, smelly, and just plain ugly. It was uncomfortable to walk on.

    Ugly

I purchased the silver rug. The packaging was A+, but this has to be the ugliest rug I've ever seen. It didn't feel super-soft as advertised either. It felt more like course wool. Other than the initial looks, it looked pretty thick and well made. I just wish it looked better.
