Disappointed about the system process

I never received a notification about my item was ready for pick up. The warehouse returned my item and it was never shipped to the Deerbrook Macy’s store There was to be a better system between the warehouse to Macy’s store. I am very disappointed with this process

This choker/necklace is so gorgeous and sparkly! It can be dressed up or down. Def one of my favorites! Pendants are a nice size. Not too small. Def must have if you like the evil eye!
