Missing Item Macy’s said is not responsible

This is the worse experience I ever had with this store. My Item appears delivered, I have not received anything. I called customer service and the guy over there said they are not responsible after the carrier takes your product. Did not get the correct address where the product was delivered. At the-end he cut off the phone call.

The picture looks better than in reality

I thought I got the deal. Nope. You've got what you paid for. These frying pans look good. But in reality they are thinner than the old ones I am using now. I measured them - they thinner by 1/16 or more. My old ones are from Calphalon. The new ones - some no-name brand. Don't want even try them - returning tomorrow.
