Bought for my husband

He is a big fan of Kenji and was thrilled to get this. I was disappointed that I couldn't get the signed edition since it was a birthday gift, but the B & N web site did not make clear that that was going to be available only as a pre-order on line. Hopefully they will make it more clear in the future.

This could be the Wok Bible

This tome is amazingly comprehensive, useful, and full of great recipes, concepts, and hard-to-find information about wok cooking and Asian cooking techniques. I've been waiting for such a book to exist - one that culls so much disparate information into an immersive culinary bazaar. If you're already a serious wok cook, this is without doubt an important (and exciting!) book for you. If you are new to wok cooking, you're in for a treat discovering how versatile and wide-ranging cooking in a wok can be. It will take quite some time for me to digest everything in this book, but I already know it will be a go-to resource for years to come!
