    Pretty but not practical

The cabinet looks nicer than the cheaper metal ones but it seems to be poorly made. It cannot hold many files. It works if you're willing to live with half filled drawers; however, the tiny screws on the glide came apart when I tried to fill up one of the drawers. Why are the screws so tiny? What's the point of the cabinet then? It needs to FUNCTION, not just look pretty!

    Fell Apart Immediately

The cabinet is the right size and color I wanted. It fell apart immediately. I spent a lot of time putting it together. I'm not sure if I will give up on it yet. Macy's said it would take it back assembled thank goodness. I don't know what the warranty is on it, no info on it. The machine screws holding the metal rail come right out of the particle board, even the ones without any weight on them. I bought some new longer screws with bolts and drilled new holes and fixed it and it works good. I'm just afraid the other screws holding it to the side panel will give after the return period. At a minimum, they should not be selling it without this fix. I guess people don't buy too many file cabinets if I am the first to review this.
