The arms are cheaply made.

My arm snapped off right at the knot. On the inside of the knot is a very thin piece of plastic holding them together. No metal. These are beautiful but and if you just have to have them, make sure to get the extra insurance on them, because they may break.

I exchanged the Coach glasses for these within two weeks of my original purchase. I went to two different locations to find a better looking frame. I ran out of time and chose these. they arrived in the mail two weeks later. I am not happy with the way they look. the color is too harsh for my fair complexion. However I am stuck with an expensive pair of glasses.

Not Study!

The screws loosen DAILY!!!! I bought a kit thinking it was just an initial thing, nope. Every. Single. Day. I have to tighten them, sometimes twice a day.

2nd Time is a Charm!

I love tortoise-colored frames. I needed and purchased a pair of these Tiffany glasses in November. Well, in March, I was sitting on the bed reading when all of sudden the left side (arm) of my glasses slides completely off my face. I just assumed the screw had fallen out, which I could not locate. Of course, I headed straight over to Lencrafters for repair. To my dismay, this was not a screw repair. It is considered “non-replacement” part repair...a brand new pair of glasses would be required. Luckily, I had purchased the warranty during my original purchase.
