    Extremely Disappointed
    Jan 30, 2021

This watch has given me more trouble than any other watch I have owned. In November 2019, I purchased a Timex Waterbury Classic from a local Macy's. It did not keep accurate time and was exchanged under warranty for a replacement. The following year when I was sitting at a computer with my arm resting on the desk, the crystal cracked. Soon, more cracks appeared, and the crystal began to disintegrate. The watch was sent to Timex for repair out of warranty, and I paid $32 to have it sent overseas. Two weeks after the watch was returned, the crystal spontaneously cracked AGAIN, and began to disintegrate, with flakes falling into the movement. The watch was used normally and not abused or dropped. It is obvious to me that these crystals are made of poor and defective materials. This company has lost credibility with me and I will never trust my money to Timex again.
