If you love either Tom Ford Noir Extreme or Tom Ford Noir Pour Femme, you should like the other one, too. They were both released simultaneously and both were made by the same perfumer. However, Noir Femme got relatively better reviews over time even though everyone who smelled both noticed the similarity. I have both and the main difference between these two is that Noir Extreme is spicier and Noir Femme is sweeter. However, both are perfectly unisex even though Noir Extreme is marketed to men and Noir Pour Femme is marketed to women.

I received this as a gift, so it is not my normal type of fragrance. It's very heavy/woody/musky/spicy. Not something I'd personally buy as I prefer sweeter fragrances (such as Yves Saint Laurent Black Opium Eau De Parfum ), though I wear this once in awhile to switch things up. To me it smells more like a man's colonge than a woman's perfume.

I love this perfume! It took a minute for it to grow on me though. The opening is a little off putting & strong but as it dries down it becomes this yummy, luxurious, warm gourmand that I can’t get enough of. I’ve noticed that with TF fragrances, that you have to give them a chance to dry down completely before forming an opinion. To me this isn’t for every day, as it is unique & best worn in the evening or in cooler weather. It’s sweet but dark, sexy, grown & has bad b energy. I’m so glad to have it in my collection. Try before you buy for sure though!

I read a forum that suggested this was close to Givency Indecence! Not so much, while I do like the scent ok, this is not worth the money it does NOT LAST, I got 1 compliment on the smell bc I took a bath in it just to get it to stay! Do not waste your money I was so disappointed to pay this much & it not stay on, I read the reviews & this was the biggest complaint I should have listened! :(

This fragrance is ine of my favorites! It is ironic that I once hated it. I got this fragrance randomly sent to me throughout a monthly subscription I had. When I first tried it I was bothered by what to me was an overpowering sickeningly sweet strawberry cheesecake smell "I repulsed it for a while". (Note that I got this at the end of spring season so it was kind of warm already). I would say that after a month I decided to spray some on my wrist to show my husband thinking he was going to agree with me and he surprisingly loved it so I gave it a few more tries. It wasn't until fall's cold weather that I fell inlove with it and my nose was able to enjoy the complexity of this fragrance. This fragrance opens on my skin as a sweet woodsy balsamic vanilla, then this notes settle a bit to let in a warm spicy powdery vanilla with a touch of amber, then when the fragrance is fully dried on my skin I get more of a warm woodsy creamy aromatic amber vanilla that's also kind of smokey "even though I don't see this note on the main accords description". This perfume has excellent longevity "it lasts on my skin throughout the whole day from morning to night and in clothes can last for days", it also has excellent and beautiful silage. In the main accords of this fragrance says there is a citrus note but I don't get any noticeable citrus. Even though I would wear it whenever I want "because I love it that much" I do think it performs its best during cold weather seasons. I also think this is not a safe blind buy if don't obsessively LOVE sweets, but just like it happened to me.....your nose can be trained. If you want to give it a try I would suggest to start with a sample, preferably during fall and/or winter season, if by the time you finish your sample you are not inlove then you know is not for you. But I'm happy to say that I didn't finished my sample before I got my hands on a 1.7oz bottle and I LOVE IT. This fragrance started my journey and interest in Tom Ford Fragrances. Also I've seen some confusion in reference of this fragrance being for woman or men. This one in specific is described as a womens perfume but their is a men version. If you are going to order you have to clarify that you want the Tom Ford Noir Pour Femme "which is the female version" or the Tom Ford Noir Extreme "which is the male version".

I love this scent. It was my first Tom Ford. It starts off with a citrus burst but then settles down to a smooth, creamy scent. One youtuber described it as a boujie Cheesecake....cant get that description out of my head but I can see it.

This is rather new to my collection, described as a warm and sweet gourmand, to me, it feels like a warm comforting hug. The amber in the fragrance is heavy and beautiful. The bottle is as beautiful as the scent. I hate it took me so long to pick it up but it will remain in my collection as long as it’s available.

I absolutely love this scent. One of the most unique and complex gourmands I've ever tried, perfect for date night or anything evening.
