Bad experience

I haven't had the chance to open it yet. It was a gift and I paid for gift wrapping, but the package arrived at my house destroyed. I didn't want my husband to see it and I thought this would be a good solution. Now I need to buy a second roll of wrapping paper. They don't answer calls and don't return my messages. Very good, very good.
