The best eyeliner i’ve ever used. I’m on my third one, can’t be without it.

This is supposed to be a waterproof mascara and I end up looking like a raccoon within just a couple of hours. It flakes off and leaves mascara dots above and below my eyelashes.

Please make sure your makeup products are fresh.
