Mens 6" Swim Shorts are just "OK"

I bought a royal blue pattern in L that is no longer available. The Sale price was LOW and they look good. Nice material but the elastic waistband hardly adjusts, so my usual L size is too big. The leg openings are needlessly way too large. They're "just OK", the only reason I didn't return them was the ridiculously low Sale price.
