Do NOT buy

Quite possibly the worst suitcase I have ever bought. And of course the first time I used it is now past the return window. The wheels collapsed and buckled from the weight of the contents even though it was below the maximum weight limit. I only got to use the check in bag one time which is so frustrating considering the price I paid for this set.

Don't purchase!

Ordered in December- took on international trip in April where the wheels fell off the large suitcase. Tried to chat online with a Macy's rep and was told there was nothing they could do- I threw away the suitcase abroad and had to get a new one. Terrible product and terrible customer service.

It is very disappointing

I’m disappointed in the poor material quality used to build this luggage . The 4 wheels does not support the luggage. It keeps falling.

Broken handle

We bought this set in August and had not used them until recently. Our first use and the handle on the smaller one will not go back down. We do not want to force it and break it but wondered if we could return it even at this late date.
