Disappointed that I received an open bottle

When I opened the box I noticed makeup finger prints on the bottle that signaled to the bottle being a returned/used bottle :(

Terrible Delivery

I made my purchase on 1/8/26, and it said the item would arrive on 1/13/26. Few days later, it said the item would arrive on 1/15/26. Today is 1/14/26 and it said the item won't arrive until 1/21/26. I am leaving for my trip tomorrow so I am so disappointed about the delayed delivery.
