We've all grown incredibly used to the quality and sheer wonder of UD products, and this is no different. Generally, when I see an item on sale, after I've gotten over the initial shock of saving money, I start to think about why it is on sale. Is it because it is being phased out for a newer, better version? Or because it's a horrible product that everyone hates and they're just trying to be rid of? This product must be getting phased out, because it is another great product. I cannot find a single complaint about it. The product is a soft, buttery cream in the compact, and becomes a semi-matte powdered finish on your skin. It is not greasy or shiny in the slightest. When it comes into contact with your skin, it acts very much like a stain, giving a natural-looking flush of color to your skin. It's color looks very intimidating in the compact, almost clownish, but please give it a try; I found it to be very light and sheer on first swipe, and it can be built up over primer if you'd prefer a bit more color. The compact is a snap closure that's easy to open and firm when shut. It's amazingly cute and small enough to slip into a small makeup bag or purse. Don't hesitate! At four bucks a pop, grab it and experience rosy cheeks!
This is what all cheek tint should be. But I can only find this here at UrbanDecay.com. Just so you know. This is perfect! I got "Greedy". This is not that thick, sticky, and overpowering stuff. I only want more of this. I am 48 and I have not worn cheek tint since 1994. I love it!
I loved this product so much that I really tried to get it in every color. I have: Bang--which is a beautiful soft orange and Greedy--which is a gorgeous plum. Yesterday, I received Fetish and Quickie. I was a little worried about Quickie because it looks almost NEON pink on the site and I thought it would be too bright for my warm, tan skin tone but it didn't disappoint. When applied lightly, it makes for a beautiful soft pink blush. Most pink blushes look too ashy or clownish on my skin but this pink is perfect because of the sheer cream-to-powder finish. Fetish is a bit deeper pink with a hint of luminance. Gorgeous on any skin tone in my opinion.
I've been using this for over a year. I am so sad that they are discontinuing it. This is the best blush I have ever used. I can use a little or layer it a little heavier for a night out. It is the perfect tint and never looks like I over did it, even if I messed up. I just bought 5 just so I can use it for as long as possible!
This is a great product! I got Greedy and Bang, and let me say don't be afraid of those. They look beautiful on the skin. However, when I opened my Greedy one to look at it, the hinge broke. I dont know if it was my fault or a fault in the packaging..but that doesn't change my opinion on the product. GET IT!!
I purchased the shade indecent and I LOVE IT I get a lot of compliments on it as well! I have medium tan skin and the peach tone in the blush looks great. Its perfect for day wear or night wear. It took me a few tries to learn to perfect the way of putting it on, but the beauty blender sponge works great! I use that for application. Just purchased Greedy and Quickie can't wait to try them!!
I actually received a sample of this after buying an eye shadow in a retail store. I was going to just throw it away because it looked like clown makeup to me and I have never used such a bright blush before. I decided to try it out as a joke and was shocked by how great it looked on! I don't wear any foundation or powder (just concealer) so it works great on my bare skin. I have very fair skin and it looks very natural on me, probably in part because it is a cream rather than a powder.
I purchased two of these in Greedy and Bang, and I'm very content with them! They don't go on very bright, but you can easily build up to it. I'm currently wearing Bang and it compliments my tan skin very well, which I'm happy about. Don't be discouraged to buy them just because you have darker skin! They work just fine! It feels as if it'd be oily on the skin, but it isn't, which is also great. You have to be careful if you're applying it with your fingers because it won't go on as easy as other creams and you do have to build it while being careful not to miss areas, which is a little bogus. Otherwise, it's perfect.
