Hard to find for seniors

I’m 68 with wrinkles and want a pencil to put the finest line that I can draw under my bottom lashes and will not bleed or smear on it’s own. I was told it was easy to put on and will stay in place! I will be returning it.

Have used this color for 10 years. Pulls hazel eyes and green clothing beautifully. Application easy to smooth across lid with fingers, stays in place.

Urban Decay- A Top Performing Eyeliner

I have tried many different eyeliners only to end up with another eyeliner to my collection of never used. However, not this time. Urban Decay preformed a 10 out of 10. I needed an eyeliner that's didn't wash away at the waterline. I also wanted the eyeliner that looked fresh at hour 12 as it did when I first applied it that morning. Perfect eye pencil

Perfect Pencil! This really is waterproof and stays in place all day, and somehow does not irate my sensitive eyes. I remove with eye makeup remover in the evening. The texture of this pencil is smooth like gel and applies easily without any tugging and skipping on my eyelids. Somehow the formulation is creamy enough for tug-less application, but firm enough not to mush all over your eyelid. Just genius. For someone like me who isn't all that skilled at applying makeup it is easy to use. I purchased the Stash color (I also have Lucky, & Double Life) The khaki green works well for me in spring and summer. (I have light blue eyes) Lucky, Double Life and Stash is pretty much my rotation of UD pencils.
