Disappointed in online order and in-store pickup
I ordered this apron for Christmas as part of a larger gift collection of kitchen items. According to the estimated shipping, it should have been available before Christmas Eve. Imagine how I felt when the notice of availability arrived on Christmas Eve 15 minutes before the store closed for the holiday. I know that shipping is often iffy and that notices are automated, but it was ridiculous. I then ignored all the messages to pick the item up but finally called to explain why.
