Okay do we ordered my grandmother a loveseat couch. When it arrived the box was banged up pretty bad. Besides that the instructions were just shoved into a small box. It did say "Assembly required" and I didn't think much of it. Ive put together plenty of futons and couches. Usually they have predrilled holes for the screws. Well this one didnt. The instructions just shows pictures no words no exact instructions on how to put on the legs and where to. So now we have to borrow a drill and drill the holes ourselves. No where did it saw power tools were needed. Honestly sucks that we wont really know if the couch is secure enough. And I realize drilling holes isn't hard but for 2 people who have never handled a drill it is.
