Return without refund

I bought this coffee cup on October 21st and received it on October 26th. I think the cup is too small and decided to return it. On October 29th, I packaged the coffee cup according to Macy's return request and handed it over to a nearby UPS store. Tracking showed that the returned item was delivered on October 31st, but I did not receive a refund. On December 5th, I sent an email to Macy's customer service asking why I did not receive the refund. There has been no progress on the refund except for an automated reply email. Today, when I checked the refund progress again on Macy's app, I found that all the details of my previous coffee cup return had been deleted from the app! So， May I ask if Macy's intends to accept my returned coffee cup and not refund me?

This cup set is so pretty. It’s the perfect size for a regular cup of tea or coffee and I love how it feels in my hand. It feels very well made and feels solid even though it is more delicate than a mug. I displayed it in my coffee bar area and it added a nice springy feel.
