Missing Shirt tail hem; sleeves fit beautifully

I love this dress despite it missing the "shirt tail" hem. I ordered an XL because of my chest measurement. However, it was very big and I could have purchased a Large easily. I wear a size 12 and think even a medium might be a better fit. I wear the one I have with a skirt or at home to entertain tights and booties. I truly don't understand why the sales aren't reflected to coincide with the obvious mistake in the completion of this dress. Haven't checked Marshall's but I am certain that is where the remaining dresses will be sent absent the hemline!

Missing the white bottom

The dress does not match the picture . It is missing the white bottom .

Missing Hem

I should have read the reviews. The hem is missing. Without it the dress is much shorter than desired.

It's a good quality but where is bottom white part? What is happening to MACYs

Not as pictured

Please check with the company and find out what happened to the bottom of the under lay sleeves are good.no bottom Will b returning.

Hem missing

I bought this dress 2 times thinking first time I rcvd wrong item , 2nd tine still the bottom hem is missing the white shirt piece of the dress, very disappointing since that makes the dress, the sleeves were correct but missing hem not as pictured
