Classy Design, but Door Hinges a Problem
    Feb 12, 2021

The color (cream) and design of the doors are classy and utilitarian. However, the door hinges are problematic. Assembling the furniture is pretty straightforward thanks to clear instructions. However, adjusting the door hinges is not intuitive, and the Manual fails to provide helpful guidance. I installed the hinges perfectly in the holes provided, so the issue stems from how they are calibrated (not installed). I have tried adjusting the hinges in a number of ways, but everytime I fix one door, another down the row does not fit. The most problematic section is the center where the two doors fold out against each other. They have the tendency to "rub up" against each other and "snap" when I try opening them. When I adjust them so they don't do this, the outside doors then get problems opening. It's very frustrating and really undermines the whole utility of the console. I'm not sure if this is an issue specific to me, but if it's in other products, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PIECE.
