We received this from our registry & the first time we used it, it chipped the glass in two places on a bottle of wine. Luckily none of the glass fell into the bottle. It took us a couple bottles to get the hang of it, but you have to hold the opener and the bottle very tight, otherwise it just moves all over the place.

I received this as a wedding gift and I absolutely love it! Just make sure to read the instructions first! It does all the hard work for you.

I was hoping this wine opener would be the last one I would ever have to buy! Unfortunately , the battery operated cork puller could only pull out the easy or smaller corks. I can get the same results by the hand held cheap cork puller. No thank you!

Love this wine opener, but it broke when I was just opening a bottle of wine. However, I love it so much that I'm just going to buy another one. :) BTW - this makes a fabulous gift! There is also another set that has the wine preserver and foil cutter included - that's that I'm getting the second time around!
