Got this on sale and I am loving it! The delivery was outstanding. It came quickly, it was assembled where I wanted it fast and with no trash left behind. I didn’t have to lift a finger, which is great cause it’s a heavy and sturdy piece. Also, the people who delivered it were very polite and professional. Thank you Edgar and Jose! As for the looks, it’s amazing. It looks like wooden, very classy and at the same time minimal. I was tired from other patterns of aluminum dining sets, they have become kind of old school. But this one looks and feels great. The seats are so comfortable and the table is so spacious. I am glad other reviews mentioning that the color is grey, did not stop me from buying it. It’s a great combination of colors in the beige palette with some grayish undertone, which makes for a really interesting vibrant contrast against the greenery of my backyard. It looks so fresh and inviting, thank you Macy’s!

It just arrived but looks great and Eduardo and Jose did an excellent job delivering with white glove service.

The price of the furniture dropped by 200$ since we last bought but since we called on the 11th day after the delivery has happened, the price adjustment was denied which could have been honored since it was very close to the 10 day window.

We bought this set in 2017 for our back deck. We saw it in the showroom so I knew what the color looked like - it is a grey/taupe - not true grey and not true beige. I really like it - I would disagree with the reviewer that says it is almost white - our set is definitely far from white and looks close to the photos shown (it’s hard as people’s phone screens/monitors can really change the color of things.) My best description of the color would be like beach-washed sandy grey. If that helps at all. As for quality - this piece is priceless! My set has been outside in New England frigid winters and hot summers (our deck gets a ton of sun) for the past 6 years and it looks just like new. I have replaced the cushions after forgetting to bring them in a few times, but the furniture is still perfect as the day we bought it. Easy to wipe clean even when coated in gross yellow pollen. No rust in sight anywhere. We love this set and are so glad to have something that lasts!
