    Smells terrible

    I was looking for some firm pillows to replace older ones. When I found these they were a fantastic price. I was excited when my package arrived. When I opened it I understand why it’s price so low. THESE PILLOWS STINK. They have a chemically, musty smell to them. So bad that I couldn’t leave the unopened pillows in my bedroom without smelling them. I tried febreze fabric refresher, nothing. I put it on no heat setting in the dryer with 2 fabric softener sheets, nothing. Absolute worst pillows I have ever purchased.

    The pillow is too hard my wife likes it but I don’t because is too high and firm I do not feel the memory foam at all

    I purchased this pillow for my husband who had been waking up with neck pain. He is a very big guy so I was looking for a supportive pillow that was also soft. This pillow has been great! He loves it!

    Terrible value for a respectable price

    Purchased 2 of these pillows on sale in the hopes of replacing others that had gone flat (also a Macy’s purchase by the way). No amount of fluffing could revive the flat ones so, new ones that could hopefully hold their shape were in order. To my delight I saw these on sale so I bought 2. Well no wonder they’re on sale. They’re horrible. One was lumpy the other hard as a rock. And since Macy’s makes it so difficult to return something , I have to keep them. Ugh.

    I had to go to the store because I’m so picky about my pillows , I was about to give up , till I saw this one . Best pillow I have found in many many years ! It’s pretty heavy, I like it because it’s full, super supportive, perfect for watching tv or reading a book , I usually throw my pillows in the floor because they’re uncomfortable, I have slept with this pillow since day one , doesn’t get hot , doesn’t have any smell, and it doesn’t go flat , I got 3 , one for husband and son too , them both love it as well
