Integra vendors

Dealing with this company is horrible. I thought it was Macy's but when I purchased the shoes I was transferred to a third-party vendor, which is my fault I didn't pay attention. However, they sent me a pair of shoes that were obviously worn within three days of receiving, I took a special bus down there as I am disabled, and confined to a wheelchair and a scooter. I spent 2 1/2 hours down there doing the return. Macy's was very nice and helpful. However, when Integra received the return, they said the shoes were obviously worn and they wouldn't give me a credit. Been fighting with them for six weeks now I wish I could've worn and walked in the shoes but unfortunately again, I cannot Walk , this company is just ridiculous and I would never ever deal with them again
