Mistake Proof
This is a good product. It makes good rice, but it takes so looong to cook! I had a Cuisinart before and it cooked rice in a third of the time, however if you follow the directions, it makes perfect rice every time.

This is our second Zoji rice cooker. Worth it!
this is our second rice cooker. Our first was also a Zojirushi and it lasted about 32 years! So that's why we picked this one and are confident it will last just as long. It works very well, exactly as advertised; it is easy to use and to clean. I only wish the cord was retractable as it was on the older model.

Wow this is seriously amazing. Rice stays fresh as if it was just cooked even 18 hours later, I didn’t even know that was possible. Perfect, non-burnt rice everything. This thing is a literal dream and worth the extra monies.

Best rice cooker
Rice comes out perfect and fluffy. Plus it does not turn brown the next day like other rice cooker. I can keep for 3 days and it still taste good.

Perfect Rice Every Time
Everything you’ve read online about Zojirushi rice cookers is true. They make a wide variety of rice perfectly. The ability to use the right amount of water after you wash the rice is key. You will never make rice in a pot again.
