These pans marked up almost immediately and Zwilling was very stubborn about a refund despite pictures sent, etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Madura pan. I originally purchased the 8 inch and gifted that to a family member but I love how easy it is to make eggs or really anything. It doesn’t stick and it’s easy to wash after use.

We purchased several of these pans based on the. great NY Times article and other reviews. However, they are extremely fragile. Even with using pan protectors, the slightest touch eats the corners and liner causing aluminum to show. Also, the outside is like a magnet for stains and oil, and its outside texture makes it very difficult to clean. For the cost these underperform compared to very inexpensive pans.

We searched for a long time to find the right pans that would offer us a reliable cooking vessel. The nonstick surface is fantastic and doesn't stop the items cooking in it from browning if you so desire. The cleanup is easy, just be sure to let your pans cool down before washing. We are giving five stars as we highly recommend the Madura series of pots and pans to anyone who wishes to cook like a pro at home.

i’ve got several skillets from the Madura Plus line. They’re all quite solid, and the non-stick coating lasts much better than most. Do not use metal utensils.

I was looking for a new frypan and this one had great reviews. The dimensions online state that it is 10.8" wide when in fact the pan is only 8" wide. Looks great and has some weight to it so it's not flimsy but I need a bigger pan so this one is going back. Giving it 4 stars because of the size not being correct.
