The best pot for anything you need!!! The room and space is out of this world, good for holiday cooking & large families. You will NOT be dis one bit, best investment in cookware and home cooking!!!

Bakes sourdough bread perfectly, non-stick, cleans up quick and easy and like new. Seems like it will last a lifetime if instructions properly followed. Note that this is very heavy cast iron, so not the best idea for people with back problems lifting heavy things from oven. Otherwise it's just beautiful and a good investment.

Recently decided to go all cast-iron pieces in my kitchen. Le Cruset does a good job with their colors and finishes. They are definitely expensive, but I know in the long run I will have them for quite some time. I also know there is an option of putting them in the dishwasher, But I do not do that. I hand wash them which makes it difficult at times because it is very heavy. All in all a great pot. You shouldn't be disappointed.

If you like cooking but don't want to stand over a pot for hours here's your solution start it on top and in the oven it goes makes the best pot roast and easy to clean.Highly recommended!

Love this so much. I was hesitant because of the price but it’s really solidly built and cooks like a dream! Great for stews, braising or even baking bread. Highly recommended!
