Great Thermometer
This thermometer is one of the best I have used. We have smoker at home and this is perfect for it. The wireless function is great for being able to step away yet keep a close eye on temps. It is very durable and easy to clean as well.

it really works..
I tried this on a roast. I have been having issues with it being on the dry side. I used this and my roast came out perfect.

Great timer for grilling out/roasting
Really like the pager option to alert you when your food is to temp. You can walk away and enjoy your guests and not ruin dinner!
