Wellness Week Challenge: Can We Do It?

Some days we’re low-carb-no-sugar-all-kale everything, while other days we treat ourselves to one scoop of ice cream, but 3 hours & one Handmaid’s Tale binge later, we’ve crushed the entire gallon. It’s called balance, right?

Now don’t get us wrong, we love a little indulgence every now & then, but after those (unplanned but oh-so delicious) moments of weakness we need a reset. That’s when we embark on a little something we call a Week of Wellness. We’ve pulled out some of our faves from the new Goodful line (it’s all about eating, sleeping & just all-around feeling good) to help. Here goes.

START-UP SUNDAY

We’re jumping right in with a nutrient-packed (hi, Vitamin C, fiber & potassium) smoothie made with stuff you probably already have on hand: a cup each of orange juice & strawberries, 1/3 cup plain yogurt & 1 banana. Blend it up, throw in a tiny umbrella & take that Sunday scaries! Come back tomorrow & check out what we’re cooking up on Meal-Prep Monday.
