The weird little gray paddle that pushes the potatoes up through the holes makes for quick, easy, and super smooth mashed ‘tates. I live the quick change attachments. I can go from the food processor, to the whisk, to the hand blender in a simple click. My only real issue is the safety switch. I do appreciate good safety measures, but having to unlock after every time you push the button and release is a tad annoying. Now the only thing I could really ask for is a wall holder for the unit and attachments but other than that..
