So much so, I wished they had invented it 6 years before that with my first. We use to blow on his mouth to get the snot out of his nose back then. Flash forward to today and I have a 3 month old with his first cold, and of course I put the Nose Frida on my registry so I already have it on hand. Well I pull it out of the box and the tubing and mouth piece are completely different. The plastic is strangely thick and ridged and has no give to it like it use to. The tube doesn’t easily bend so you can’t get a good angle into baby’s nose without it disconnecting from the mouth piece constantly. Combine that with an angry fighting baby and the whole process takes way longer than it should now. Well I pull it out of the box and the tubing and mouth piece are completely different. The plastic is strangely thick and ridged and has no give to it like it use to. The tube doesn’t easily bend so you can’t get a good angle into baby’s nose without it disconnecting from the mouth piece constantly. Combine that with an angry fighting baby and the whole process takes way longer than it should now.
