I love that the oil can be stored in the bottom and that the filtration system does a decent job. Occasionally I've had to pour some oil out of the top when the filter gets clogged. This tends to happen if the oil gets too cold or if the particles are too small, especially with flour or rice flour coatings. To me, that's a minor issue since the whole thing comes apart, making it easy to pour the oil out. I also love that almost everything is dishwasher safe and that is amazing!\r\n\r\nAs for the comments about the oil container leaking: yes, once you pull it apart to wash it, you need to make sure it's snapped back together properly and pour the oil back in slowly to ensure it doesn't come apart.
