Our customer care team will carefully deliver your crib to any room in the house and remove packing materials upon departure. Assembly and set up is not included.

RETURN &
EXCHANGE POLICY
FOR FURNITURE

Upon delivery, please carefully examine each piece of your furniture. If you wish to return the furniture for preference reasons, you must contact Macy's Customer Service within 3 days of your delivery.

In the event we are unable to correct the issue we will exchange your piece for a new item at no cost to you.

For preference returns:

  • Preference furniture returns must be returned in "as new" condition
  • Furniture protection plans will be refunded
  • The delivery fee will not be refunded
  • A restocking fee of 15% will be assessed
    If you notice any damage within 3 days of your delivery, please contact Macy’s Customer Service to schedule a service appointment to correct the issue.

If you are returning special order furniture:

Because special order merchandise is manufactured especially for you, Macy's requires a 25% non-refundable deposit. Vendor ship times may vary; your sales associate has only provided you with an estimated ship time. Should you cancel or return your special order merchandise, you will forfeit the 25% deposit.

Return credit:

  • You will receive credit after the merchandise has been returned.
  • Once we receive the merchandise, we will process your credit immediately. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take a few days to reflect on your account.
  • If you purchased the merchandise with cash or Gift Cards, a refund will be mailed in the form of a check or merchandise-only certificate, which will be processed for shipment within 3 business days, and you should receive by mail within 14 business days.
