INSIDE HOME ENTRANCE
DROP-OFF

On your selected delivery date, the delivery team will deliver your merchandise through
the first door of preference or garage, or first dry area (Customer Choice). No assembly,
no unpacking or removal of packing material. Customer signature is required. A time
window will be provided to you the day before delivery.

ROOM OF CHOICE
DROP-OFF

Our team will deliver your merchandise to the room of
your choice in your home. No assembly, unpacking or removal of packing material is
included. A 2-hour time window will be provided to you the day before delivery.

PARCEL SHIPPING FROM VENDOR

Your order will be shipped directly from the vendor. Once the order is shipped, you will
receive a shipping confirmation email with the shipment tracking number.

WAREHOUSE

Your order will be shipped from one of our fulfillment centers. Once the order is shipped,

RETURN &
EXCHANGE POLICY
FOR FURNITURE

Upon delivery, please carefully examine each piece of your furniture. If you wish to return the furniture for preference reasons, you must contact Macy's Customer Service within 3 days of your delivery.

There are no fees associated with an exchange; however, exchanges must be authorized by Macy’s Customer Service at 1-888-822-6229.

For preference returns:

  • Preference furniture returns must be returned in "as new" condition
  • Furniture protection plans will be refunded
  • The delivery fee will not be refunded
  • A restocking fee of 15% will be assessed
    If you notice any damage within 3 days of your delivery, please contact Macy’s Customer Service to schedule a service appointment to correct the issue.
  • Macy’s will hold your merchandise for up to 60 days. If you are unable to schedule a delivery for your return or exchange within 60 days of availability, your return or exchange will be canceled.

Return credit:

  • You will receive credit after the merchandise has been returned.
  • Once we receive the merchandise, we will process your credit immediately. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take a few days to reflect on your account.
  • If you purchased the merchandise with cash or Gift Cards, a refund will be mailed in the form of a check or merchandise-only certificate, which will be processed for shipment within 3 business days.

In the event that the damage is only to the cushion(s) of umbrella(s), and there is no damage to the structure (chairs, frames, table, etc.), the replacement would be limited to the cushion(s) or umbrella(s).
