Contact‑Free Curbside Pickup
Curbside Pickup makes shopping easy, safe, and convenient. Shop online and pick up your order at select Macy’s locations—all from the comfort of your car, with contact‑free service.
Change or Update:
Once a store pickup or curbside order is placed, changes cannot be made. You may cancel your order within the eligible time window or place a separate order for additional items. Please note that inventory may vary by store location, and some items may only be available online.
Cancel:
You can cancel your order online within 15 minutes of placing it. If you don’t see a Cancel option, your order is already being processed and cannot be canceled. Orders not picked up within 7 days will be automatically canceled and refunded to your original form of payment.
Change Pickup Location:
Pickup locations cannot be changed after an order is placed, as merchandise availability varies by store. To pick up from a different location, place a new order (based on availability) and cancel or return the original order.
Hour may vary by store. Click here to find the hours and availability for your preferred location. After placing your order, you have 15 minutes to make changes or cancel it.

Curbside Pickup is available at many Macy’s locations. To see if it’s offered at a store near you, check availability online during checkout or click here to search for a participating store.
The person who places the order is the primary pickup contact. You may designate one alternate pickup person during checkout. Only these two individuals may pick up the order. A valid government‑issued ID and the Ready for Pickup email are required at pickup.
Orders are held for 7 days after they’re ready. If not picked up, the order will be canceled and fully refunded. To request an extension, please contact the store where your order is being held.
No. Returns cannot be processed through curbside pickup at this time. Returns must be completed online or inside the store.
