Contact-Free Curbside Pickup

Curbside Pickup lets you shop online and pick up your order without leaving your car. It’s available at select Macy’s locations.

How curbside pickup works

 

  • Add items to your bag and select Pick Up at checkout
  • Choose a store that offers curbside pickup
  • You’ll receive an email when your order is Ready for Pickup
  • When you arrive, check in using the email or Macy’s app
  • Park in a designated curbside spot
  • An associate will bring your order and place it in your car

What do I need for curbside pickup?

 

Bring:

  • Your Ready for Pickup email (or Macy’s app order)
  • A valid government-issued ID

 

You can assign one alternate pickup person at checkout. They must bring the email and ID.

When is curbside pickup available?

 

  • Pickup hours vary by store
  • Check your store’s hours using the Store Locator
  • Orders placed before cutoff times may be ready the same day

How long will my order be held?

 

  • Orders are held for 7 days after they’re ready
  • Orders not picked up will be automatically canceled and refunded

 

Curbside pickup help & details

Changes:

  • Orders cannot be changed after they are placed
  • To add items, place a new order

 

Cancel:

  • You can cancel within 15 minutes of placing your order
  • If the cancel option isn’t available, the order is already processing

 

Change pickup store:

  • Pickup location cannot be changed after checkout
  • To use a different store, place a new order and cancel or return the original

  • Available at select Macy’s locations
  • Check availability during checkout or use the Store Locator

  • Yes, you can designate one alternate pickup person at checkout
  • Only the order customer or alternate may pick up the order
  • A valid ID and pickup confirmation are required

  • No, returns are not accepted through curbside pickup
  • Returns must be completed online or inside the store

  • Make sure your order is marked Ready for Pickup before arriving
  • Check in using your email or the Macy’s app when you arrive
  • Contact your pickup store if you need additional assistance
