If you already have a macys.com account, you can create a registry online in just a few steps.
You can access your registry online or through the Macy’s app.
On macys.com:
Sign in and select Gift Registry in the top‑right menu

If an item is eligible, you’ll see Add to Registry on the product page under Add to Bag. Items may be unavailable due to recall, discontinued status, or limited inventory.
Yes. Your registry must be set to Public to sync with a universal registry.
At this time, registries cannot be created with international addresses. Customers with U.S. or U.S. territory shipping addresses may create a registry.
After Your Event
Check the Gift Tracker tab in your registry for updates. Items may appear purchased but not delivered if:
Your registry remains available in stores and online for 18 months after your event date or 18 months after the last registry activity, whichever is later.
A receipt is required.
Sign in and visit the Gift Tracker tab to view gifts received and manage thank‑you notes.
