We offer several delivery options for furniture and mattresses.

How Delivery Fees Work

 

  • Delivery fees are charged per delivery (not per item)
  • Fees may increase when multiple pieces ship together
  • Most deliveries have a maximum fee cap
  • Remote areas may include an added fee (shown at checkout)

Additional Delivery Information

Some delivery addresses may be considered remote or extended‑area locations and may require an additional delivery charge. If your address is classified as a remote delivery location, any applicable fee will be clearly shown in your shopping bag and at checkout before you place your order.

Most area rugs ship with standard shipping. Due to size and weight, some area rugs may require an additional shipping surcharge. Any applicable surcharge will be listed in the Shipping & Returns section on the product page.

Some furniture items ship in multiple pieces, such as bed frames or table tops and bases. When additional pieces are included in the same delivery, the delivery fee may increase. Your total delivery fee will always be shown at checkout.

Delivery fees are non‑refundable once delivery has occurred. If an order is canceled before delivery, delivery fees may be refunded.
