AutoPay lets you schedule automatic payments for your Macy's Credit Card. Payments are automatically processed on your payment due date each month when your account has a balance.

Enroll in AutoPay

1. Sign in to your Macy's Credit Card account.
2. Select Enroll in AutoPay.
3. Choose your payment amount and payment source.

Note: If you haven't added a bank account, you'll be prompted to enter your bank account and routing numbers. Debit cards cannot be used for AutoPay.

Edit or Cancel AutoPay

1. Sign in to your Macy's Credit Card account.
2. Select Manage AutoPay below the Make a Payment section.
3. Update or cancel your AutoPay settings as needed.

View Scheduled Payments

You can view upcoming payments in the Upcoming Payments section. Select the + icon next to a scheduled payment to view payment details or make changes.
