Find & Shop From a Registry

Shopping from a Macy’s gift registry is easy, whether you’re shopping online, through the app, or with help from a Gift Registry Consultant. Use the information below to find a registry, place an order, and manage common shopping questions.

 

How do I find a gift registry?

 

To find a couple’s registry online:

 

  1. Visit macys.com/registry
  2. Enter the registrant’s first and last name or the Registry ID
  3. Click Search
  4. Select View Registry next to the correct registry

 

Shopping From a Registry

You may be able to shop online if your credit card has a U.S. billing address. If you need assistance placing an international order, please contact us:

Please note: Billing addresses from most countries may be used. However, some banks do not support our verification system. If your bank cannot verify the information, the order may be declined.

No. Registry gifts that are shipped directly to the registrant must be purchased in a separate order from non‑registry merchandise.

Gift Delivery & Packaging

Many registry gifts include a gift receipt or message. Regardless, the registrant will always be able to see who purchased the gift through their Gift Tracker.

For security reasons, the registrant’s shipping address is not shown. If you choose to ship a gift directly to them, it will be sent to the address they provided in their registry.

Yes. Gift items purchased from a registry arrive with a kraft gift bag tied with a red ribbon. The kraft gift bag features a natural paper finish and a red ribbon for a simple, gift‑ready presentation.

 

Please note:
Some larger items or items shipped directly from the manufacturer may not include gift packaging. Packaging availability will be noted in the Shipping & Returns section on the product page.

Returns & Tracking

Most registry gifts may be returned or exchanged (with a receipt) within 90 days of purchase. See macys.com/returns for full return policy details and exclusions.

When shopping from a registry, the gift list automatically updates to show:

  • The quantity requested
  • The quantity already purchased

 

This helps prevent duplicate gifts.
