You can update the name on your Macy’s Credit Card or Macy’s American Express® Card in one of the following ways:
Option 1: Send a Secure Message
- Select My Account and sign in using your email address and password
- Choose Credit Summary under the Macy’s Credit Card section
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Send Secure Message
- Follow the prompts to request a name change
Option 2: Contact Customer Service by Phone
Call 1‑888‑257‑6757 (TTY: 711) during business hours:
- Monday – Sunday, 8:00am – 10:00pm ET
Note: In some cases, you may be required to provide legal documentation (such as a marriage certificate or court order) to complete your name change request.
