You can update the name on your Macy’s Credit Card or Macy’s American Express® Card in one of the following ways:

Option 1: Send a secure message

1. Sign in to My Account
2. Select Credit Summary under the Macy’s Credit Card section
3. Scroll down and choose Send Secure Message
4. Follow the prompts to request your name change

Option 2: Call Customer Care

Call 1-888-257-6757 (TTY: 711) available Monday–Sunday, 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM ET

Note: You may be required to provide legal documentation (such as a marriage certificate or court order) to complete your request.
