How Can I Find an Item I Saw Online, In Store, or in a Catalog?

There are several easy ways to find the item you’re looking for—whether you saw it online, in a store, or in a Macy’s catalog. See the options below to get started.

Use the search bar at the top of macys.com to look for items you’ve seen in store.

You can search by:

  • Item name
  • Short description
  • Brand name

After entering your search terms, select the magnifying glass to view your results.

Please note: While macys.com offers a wide selection, some items available in stores may not be available online.

To see if an item is available—including size and color—at your selected Macy’s store, use the Free Pickup option on macys.com.

How it works:

  1. Enter a product name or description in the search bar at the top of the page and select the magnifying glass.
  2. Filter your results by selecting Free Pickup In Store:
    • Desktop: Use the Filter By options on the left side
    • Mobile: Select Free Pickup Today above the items
  3. Items available for pickup at your selected store will appear.

Change your store:

  • Desktop: Select the store (double‑door) icon at the top of the page, enter your ZIP code, and choose a store
  • Mobile: Open the menu, select STORES, enter your ZIP code, and choose a store

If you have questions about availability or size and color options, please call 1-800‑289‑6229 (TTY: 711), available 8:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. ET.

To find an item featured in a Macy’s catalog:

  1. Look for the item’s Web ID listed in the catalog description
  2. Enter the Web ID into the search bar at the top of macys.com

If you don’t have the Web ID, you can also search by the item name or a short description.
