How can I view my in‑store purchases online?
If you have a macys.com account, you can view eligible in‑store purchases online by saving the credit card(s) you use for Macy’s store purchases to your Wallet. Once saved, you can see purchases dating back to October 12, 2018.
How to view your in‑store purchases
From a computer:
- Select the drop‑down menu in the top‑right corner and choose Order History.
- Select See Store Purchases at the top of the page.
From a mobile device:
- Select the menu in the top‑left corner and choose My Account, then select Order History.
- Select See Store Purchases.
Once your credit card is saved to your Wallet, eligible in‑store purchases will appear in your Purchase History—even if you used that card along with cash, gift cards, Star Money, or another form of payment.
Some purchases are not currently available to view online, including:
- Most furniture and mattress purchases
- Orders placed in store for shipment by a Store Colleague
Your Purchase History includes a summary of both purchases and returns. As long as the credit card used for the original purchase is saved to your Wallet, you’ll be able to see in‑store returns dating back to October 12, 2018.
Your printed store receipt includes full transaction details. Your online Purchase History provides a summary view, including items purchased and returned.
If you return an item in store that was originally purchased online, the return will appear in your Purchase History under both your online orders and store purchases.
Some Macy’s store locations are required by local law to charge a nominal fee for merchandise bags provided at the customer’s request for in‑store or pickup purchases. You’re welcome to bring your own bag if you prefer to avoid this fee.
