How can I view my in‑store purchases online?

You can view eligible in‑store purchases in your Purchase History by saving your credit card to your Macy’s Wallet.

 

  • Purchases are available dating back to October 12, 2018
  • You’ll see purchases made with that card—even if you used multiple forms of payment

How do I view my in‑store purchases?

 

From a computer:

  • Select the menu in the top‑right corner
  • Choose Order History
  • Select See Store Purchases

 

From a mobile device:

  • Open the menu and select My Account → Order History
  • Select See Store Purchases

What will I see in my Purchase History?

 

Once your card is saved to your Wallet, you can view:

  • Items purchased in store
  • In‑store returns
  • Transactions that used multiple payment types (card, cash, gift cards, Star Money)

What purchases won’t appear online?

 

Some purchases are not currently available in Purchase History, including:

  • Most furniture and mattress purchases
  • Orders placed in store for shipment by a Store Colleague

 

Store purchase help & details

Yes. In‑store returns will appear in your Purchase History if the original credit card is saved to your Wallet.

  • Your store receipt shows full transaction details
  • Your Purchase History shows a summary of items purchased and returned

    • If you return an online purchase in store, the return will appear in both:

    • Your online order history
    • Your store purchases

  • Make sure your credit card is saved to your Wallet
  • Check that your purchase qualifies
  • Some purchases may not be eligible to display

    • Some store locations may charge a small fee for merchandise bags where required by law.
